Victor Jendras brings more than 25 years of experience within the capital markets space, serving in various Sales, Business Development, Management and Advisory roles. Victor has served in the corporate issuer space for over 20 years as a trusted advisor and sales consultant to the Corporate Governance and Investor Relations community, focusing on the client relationship and needs. Prior to joining Alliance Advisors, Victor most recently spent 3 years with Sodali & Co. and 9 years at Q4 Inc. where he earned a reputation as a valued subject matter expert for helping publicly traded companies succeed in the capital markets. Victor is active in capital markets intelligence, corporate governance advisory, ESG advisory and shareholder services. Victor’s professional experience includes tenure with Zacks Investment Research, Northern Trust, MZ Group, NASDAQ, Q4 Inc. and Sodali & Co. Victor holds a BA in International Business from Bradley University and is a member of NIRI and Society for Corporate Governance, as well as Board Member for NIRI Chicago and Care for Cops Corporation.

Amanda Raimo

Amanda Raimo is Vice President of the Proxy Logistics Group at Alliance Advisors and is responsible for managing operational tasks in preparation for client shareholder meetings. She maintains Alliance’s client database, communicates with proxy intermediaries, procures depository and shareholder lists, and executes all functions of the shareholder meeting process including the timeline of events, broker nominee search, document printing, web hosting, proxy card and notice preparation, required mailings to registered holders, distributions to bank/broker/nominee and intermediary firms, and proxy tabulation.

Amanda Raimo also provides support for Information Agent assignments including tender, exchange, and rights offerings. Prior to this position, Amanda was a proxy voting specialist in our multifaceted call center. Amanda has been working in the proxy industry since 2014.

Michael Hugyo

Michael Hugyo is Vice President, Investor Communications at Alliance Advisors. Mike brings over 23 years of experience of industry experience to Alliance in helping public companies, REITS, and BDCs and mutual funds successfully navigate annual and special meetings with customized solicitation strategies.

Mike is well known in the alternative investment (non-traded REIT and BDC) industry and provides a highly consultative approach to his clients when dealing with challenging non-routine proxy proposals such as charter amendments.

Mike has helped his clients grow their digital footprint with use of electronic distribution including use of eMail, texting, and active document hosting sites to help foster stronger relationships with retail investors while meeting investors where they are for more efficient proxy communications and voting.

Prior to joining Alliance Advisors, Mike held senior client management roles at Computershare, Boston Financial Data Services and most recently Mediant, a BetaNXT business.

Mike is a member of multiple industry associations and is an active participant on several working committee groups.

Kelly Sferlazza

Kelly is a member of the Proxy Logistics Group at Alliance Advisors where she conducts research and analysis for bid proposals while utilizing procedures that produce the most cost effective method for the client.

She also maintains internal databases, manages the firm’s virtual shareholder meeting platform and provides financial reporting and operational support to the Accounting Group. Kelly received her Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science at Sacred Heart University.

Nadin Awad

Nadin Awad is a member of the Proxy Logistics Group at Alliance Advisors. Nadin assists clients to strategically plan for successful shareholder meetings by developing timelines for Full Set, Notice Only and Notice Only Blended mailing models. She conducts research and analysis for bid proposals while utilizing procedures that produce the most cost effective method for the client.

Nadin also manages various aspects of the shareholder meeting process including printing, web hosting, registered holder mailings and proxy distribution. She oversees fulfillment for all shareholder and broker requests for proxy materials.

Carmen Palumbo

Carmen Palumbo is a member of the Proxy Logistics Group at Alliance Advisors where she works with senior members of the team to manage operational functions for client shareholder meetings. She maintains Alliance Advisor’s client database, communicates with proxy intermediaries, procures depository and shareholder lists, and prepares services agreements.

Prior to this position, Carmen was a member of Alliance Advisor’s Asset Recovery Group and worked as a trainer, recruiter, and project manager for Alliance’s call center. Carmen has been working in the proxy industry since 2015.
