He also brings a strong foundation in management consulting from his time as an executive at Peterson Consulting.

Todd holds a B.S. in Engineering from Lehigh University and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School.

Ahmed Suliman was born and has lived most of my life in London, and currently resides there. Since graduating from university, he has worked in the corporate governance and proxy services’ business, which has been 10 years.

During this time, he has worked for a proxy advisor and 2 proxy solicitation companies, where he has experienced working in both the buy- and sell-side of the industry, which entails working for major European listed companies. His areas of interests include and are not limited to corporate governance, proxy, ESG, M&A and activism, shareholder engagement, and investor relations.
